Meet Kevon Blair
Founder & CEO of NOOFFDAYS LLC
Born and raised in Chicago. Oldest of six. A father, a CDL driver, a certified driver trainer, an entrepreneur — and the visionary behind NOOFFDAYS. Kevon was built by responsibility before the world ever handed him a title. The miles, the weight, the lessons — they all came early.
He didn't start NOOFFDAYS from a boardroom. He started it from a sleeper cab between deliveries, on a notepad, with a single conviction: the people he came from deserved a real roadmap from survival to ownership. Trucking funded the mission. Discipline made it inevitable. And the company grew one decision at a time.
Today NOOFFDAYS is a multi-division ecosystem — transportation, credit, academy, merchandise, media and mentorship — built to hand the next person the playbook nobody handed him. That's the mission. That's the purpose.
